Carapace - Objectspace Proposal
Carapace is wrapping caught part way in the act of containment - it will never completely enclose and contain but alludes to enclosure. The folds and tabs reference commercial packaging, and casings (shells) for phones and other electronics; abstract forms that serve as protection but also allow glimpses of spaces and objects within.
The scale of Carapace places it in the realm of object rather than architecture. When the viewer approaches and interacts with Carapace it is experienced as an enclosure.
